Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how and when products purchased on agamest.com are fulfilled by HILBERT TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED.

1. Direct top-up Fulfilment begins automatically once payment is confirmed. Typical delivery time is 1–10 minutes; during peak periods or game-server maintenance it may take up to 24 hours. Delivery is made to the game account identifier (UID / player ID / server) you provided at checkout — please double-check it before paying.

2. Login top-up Our fulfilment team will contact you at your order email within 24 hours of payment to arrange secure access and complete the top-up. Typical completion time is within 24–48 hours of receiving your cooperation. For your security, never share your password with anyone claiming to be Agamest outside the contact thread that references your order number.

3. Gift cards and redemption codes Codes are issued instantly after payment: they appear on your order result page and order-lookup page, and are also sent to your order email. Keep your order number and email private — anyone holding the code can redeem it.

4. Live-stream platform recharge Coins/diamonds are normally credited within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.

5. Order tracking Every order can be tracked at any time on the "Track Order" page using your order number plus the email used at checkout.

6. Delays and failed delivery If your order has not been delivered within the timeframe above: (a) verify the account details you submitted; (b) contact 24/7 support at info@agamest.com with your order number. If we are unable to fulfil an order for reasons on our side, it will be fully refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect account details Deliveries completed to the exact account identifier you submitted are considered fulfilled. If you notice an error in your submitted details, contact us immediately — if fulfilment has not yet started we will correct the details or cancel and refund the order.
