Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of agamest.com (the "Site") and all services offered on it (the "Services"), operated by HILBERT TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED ("Agamest", "we", "us"). By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify us promptly at info@agamest.com of any unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

3. Orders and pricing All prices are computed and displayed by the Site at checkout in your selected currency. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by our payment processor. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock/fulfilment unavailability. Promotional discounts may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

4. Your responsibilities when ordering For direct top-up products you must provide an accurate game account identifier (UID, player ID, server/region, etc.). Deliveries completed to the account identifier you submitted are deemed successfully fulfilled, even if that identifier was entered incorrectly. For login top-up products you authorise our fulfilment team to access the game account you designate solely for the purpose of completing the purchased service.

5. Prohibited conduct You must not: (a) use the Services for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose; (b) pay with stolen or unauthorised payment instruments; (c) resell Services in violation of a game publisher's terms; (d) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the Site; (e) attempt to interfere with the Site's security or operation. We may refuse service, cancel orders, and report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

6. Risk acknowledgement for login top-up Game publishers' terms of service may restrict account sharing. You acknowledge and accept any risk imposed by the relevant publisher arising from login top-up services, and you confirm that the account you submit is owned or lawfully controlled by you.

7. Intellectual property The Site's original content, design and branding are owned by HILBERT TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED. All third-party game titles, logos and artwork are trademarks of their respective owners; their appearance on the Site does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

8. Disclaimers The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Risk control and verification We may review unusual orders and request reasonable identity or payment verification before fulfilment. Orders that fail verification will be cancelled and refunded.

11. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall first be addressed to info@agamest.com; we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
