Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases on agamest.com, operated by HILBERT TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED. Digital goods have special characteristics; please read this policy before ordering.
1. Orders not yet fulfilled Any paid order that has not started fulfilment can be cancelled for a full refund on request.
2. Failed or undeliverable orders If we cannot complete your order for any reason attributable to us or to product unavailability, the order is refunded in full automatically.
3. Delivered digital goods Because digital goods cannot be returned, orders are generally non-refundable once fulfilled — that is, once a direct/login top-up has been credited to the game account, or once a gift-card code has been revealed on your order page or delivered to your email. This does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
4. Defective or invalid products If a delivered code is invalid, already redeemed at the time of issue, or a top-up was credited incorrectly by our error, report it to info@agamest.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence (screenshots, in-game purchase history). Verified cases receive a replacement or a full refund.
5. Incorrect account identifier provided by the customer Top-ups delivered to the exact account identifier you submitted are deemed fulfilled. We will assist in contacting the game publisher where possible, but recovery cannot be guaranteed and such orders are not automatically refundable.
6. Refund method and timing Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe). Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days of approval; depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster than a card dispute. Chargebacks filed on fulfilled orders without contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
8. How to request a refund Email info@agamest.com from the address used at checkout, including your order number and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve requests within 14 days.
